Directly following his banishment, baconpancakes36 decided to look for a cool place to "set up shop" and originally wanted to live on a floating island. It quickly became apparent that this idea would not work, as the [[Overhead Sanctuary]] had claimed most major floating islands in the region. Frustrated, he headed west and came across an old growth spruce biome, with a dungeon very reminiscent of the one so revered on [[Midway]]. He decided to build his windmill and set up in the tower, and went inactive for about two weeks.

Over time, baconpancakes36 converted the dungeon tower into deepslate brick, which was the main staple for the rest of the Coven's buildings to come. As time passed, ideas for a massive construction project motivated him to begin construction of the Citadel. The citadel was constructed in three tiers, each getting smaller as the spire rose higher. At the top, an orb of stained glass filled with lava was constructed, with a gap at the top open for the beacons below to pass through. As this construction was ongoing, baconpancakes continued to grow in power, utilizing the Mystical Agriculture and Blood Magic mods to become nigh invincible and to gain infinite resources.

His rise to power complete, baconpancakes grew increasingly bored. Because of the binding contract signed in [[Ricky]], he could no longer participate in the world's politics or wars. Because of this, baconpancakes could often be spotted floating in the sky silently watching the development of nations like [[Tianchao]] and [[Lûl]]. He was last sighted as a silent, god-like overseer of the [[Conquest of Scæþing]], making comments and observations to both sides.

'''Old Japan''' (Japanese: 古い日本) or '''The Great Sakura Tree Alliance''' (Japanese: 素晴らしい桜の同盟) was one of the largest and oldest nations on the [[Minecraft Attack]] server, established by baconpancakes36 and Wikaros. The nation was initially named after the sakura trees that grew there, but after [[The Calamity]] the name was shortened to Old Japan or Old Nihon. Initially, the nation spoke Japanese, but many members of the nation became frustrated at the difficulty of communication between team members, and would speak English amongst themselves. The country was very peaceful and was never violent towards the other nations, but still ended up the main target and the catalyst to [[The Calamity]].

===Early Settlement===
Old Nihon was established by baconpancakes36 at the edge of the sakura biome southwest from spawn, shortly after he discovered the biome on his map. Wikaros soon joined him, and construction began on the quarry and old community pagoda that would soon become obsolete as others arrived and built their own residences. Much time passed before the country began to take shape, and in this time, nothing notable happened.
===Construction of The Wall and Discovery of The Dark Forest===
baconpancakes36 and Wikaros became increasingly concerned about attacks from [[Épinette-sur-quès‎‎]], which was directly south from the country and easily reachable by water. Around this time, rice_fish joined the server and constructed his watchtower. baconpancakes36 was inspired by this tower and set to making a extensive wall made of CastleBlocks completely surrounding the coast of the nation. Most of the labor toward the wall was done by baconpancakes36 and rice_fish, and took many days to complete. While the wall was being constructed, officergogo joined the server and arrived at [[Old Japan]], and Wikaros constructed much of the farmland and infrastructure required to keep the nation alive. When the wall was nearing completion, officergogo would venture into what became known as the Dark Forest and would die repeatedly to the many mobs that would spawn within. The dangers of the Forest only became more obvious when other members of the nation would succumb to the same fate. The discovery of this danger led Wikaros and baconpancakes36 to stop the wall at the edges of the Forest, and to build a "wall" of bamboo and sweet berries instead of a traditional wall, relying on the Forest to kill any intruders before they could enter the nation.
===The Age of Construction===
After the completion of the Great Wall of Japan, the nation's members began to play on the server much more often, and exponential growth occured. All 4 members of the nation constructed their own houses, with officergogo's skyscraper being the most notable and also the only building still fully standing after [[The Calamity]]. Wikaros would then go on to build a few other miscellaneous buildings around the nation's center, and the nation began to prosper.

One evening when all four members of the nation were on the server, Cflip_, jusipat, and Kjolt947 were spotted heading towards Old Japan on the map. baconpancakes36, Wikaros, and officergogo all retreated up to the top of officergogo's Tower, as they were suspicious of this activity. All three of them watched as rice_fish was killed repeatedly and chaos ensued. All of Old Japan's farms were decimated, and many of the buildings were burned to the ground. All 4 members of the nation resorted to guerilla warfare and would repeatedly boat over to [[Épinette-sur-quès‎‎]] and destroy anything they saw. After [[The Calamity]] was over, all of the members of the nation would go their seperate ways, with officergogo and rice_fish becoming much less active on the server.
===Aftermath===
After the Fall, Wikaros and baconpancakes36 would become less active for a small amount of time, but would eventually return to the server. Wikaros went to the west, creating the new nation, [[Kurokaigan]]. baconpancakes36 headed far east and started his nation, Kodoku no Shima, or "[[Isle of Solitude]]".

The '''Metal War''' was a conflict between Eorzea and Canna Cabana that began with a series of raids by Eorzea, the first of which was initiated to take Canna Cabana's lead stockpile.

== The Raids ==
The first Eorzean raid began the day before the war, comprising jusipat and Wikaros. They set out to take a large quantity of lead from Cflip_, who had just completed 3x ore processing from Mekanism. Entirely unprepared for combat after the past few days of peace on the server, Cflip_ placed the ~55 lead blocks along the beach as the opponents flew in via plane. He also discovered that open nether portals summoned monsters from Doom into the world, so he constructed multiple nether portals to increase the number of threats present in the area in an attempt to make the raiders' stay unpleasant. After the raiders landed via plane, there was little retribution from Cflip_, but he later found out how to craft more sniper rifle ammo and there was a minor shootout. In the end, Eorzea victoriously got away with the lead blocks.

Eorzea then flew to the Atlantuk to raid Kjolt947 for a single block of cactus.

The next day, members of Eorzea planned another raid, this time for Cflip_'s iron supply. Due to the newly presented threat, Canna Cabana began to militarize and Cflip_ built an atomic disassembler and an assault rifle to fend off the raiders. The nether portals from the previous raid were moved, and the apartment building in western Canna Cabana was turned into a deadly containment facility that was full of Doom monsters. jusipat and Wikaros arrived in Canna Cabana via plane once more and landed along the western beach. The forces of Eorzea then took cover in the dense forest on the western side of the river, while Cflip_ guarded the east side. Gunfire was exchanged, but no major damage was done to either side. Cflip_ eventually crossed the bridge and shot down Wikaros in the street behind the apartment building, and then shot down jusipat, who was swimming across the river.

== Coastal Siege ==
Eorzea would not give up with this defeat, and the raids became a full blown war. They recruited Kjolt947 from the Atlantuk, who had been raided the previous day, to join their attack against Canna Cabana. bcfoss promised to join up with Cflip_ later as long as he could protect the factory long enough for him to arrive. jusipat and Wikaros retrofitted an Eorzian ship with beds, supplies, and cannon.

When the Eorzean vessel first arrived, Cflip_ perched on the roof of the factory building, firing sniper shots at the opponents on the deck of the ship. The ship moved into position in front of the factory and began to fire, destroying most of the walls of the upper floors. Cflip_ continued to fire sniper rounds, now from the base of the building, but eventually he ran out of sniper ammo and instead guarded the basement of the factory, where all of the loot was. The attackers returned fire with relatively inaccurate submachine-gun fire. The siege continued, with jusipat swimming to the coast and breaking holes in the side of the building. This caught Cflip_ by surprise, but he was still able to fend off jusipat with the assault rifle.

After the cannon fire had caused considerable damage to the exterior of the mostly empty building, more combatants disembarked and swam to the coast. Cflip_ took advantage of their lackluster position in the water and mowed them down with the assault rifle, but because they had beds on the ship they were able to keep respawning and attacking immediately. Kjolt947 was able to sneak past the gunfire and infiltrated the top floor of the factory. He got very close to Cflip_, but Cflip_'s atomic disassembler made quick work of him. Cflip_ then went on the offensive, diving into water and obliterating the fighters with his atomic disassembler. He reached the ship, and after fighting off its defenders at the top of the ladder, he boarded the ship and claimed victory in this battle. Before Cflip_ could prevent escape, Eorzea quickly assembled the ship, leaving Cflip_ in the water, and sailed back home.

=== Early History ===
The empire began when baconpancakes36 and Wikaros decided they wanted to be in a faction focused on magic together. Shortly after spawning, they found their way to each other with much difficulty, and established a temporary base on the northern main continent. They soon decided that the area was too ugly and boring for their taste, and began the search for their home.
=== The Search and Supernatural Encounters ===
baconpancakes36 and Wikaros's search for a place to build a base began with a survey of the northeast coast of the main continent. They spotted an island to their liking and attempted to settle it, but were met with many problems. First, they noticed that while on the island, they perpetually had the weakness effect. This difficulty was compounded heavily by the large amounts of shielded Pillagers that spawned there. The weakness effect was eventually attributed to a soft world border mod, but at the time, baconpancakes36 and Wikaros had other ideas. They were convinced that the many creepy noises they were hearing on the island had something to do with it, and their fear was only amplified by the discovery of a structure not unlike the Herobrine structures of the past. Finally, they decided the island was a lost cause and headed to an island directly south, where the Empire would be constructed.

=== The Iron Age and the Punitive War ===
baconpancakes36 and Wikaros constructed a small house with windows that they would live in together for a short time while pursuing small goals like getting a farm, mining, and a small foray into Blood Magic. Eventually, the [[Scæþing Punitive War]] would begin after Wikaros decided to be a nuisance to Kjolt947. baconpancakes36 was not online at this time, and was quite annoyed when he returned to discover his possessions as well as most of the communal house were destroyed or missing. The war had little lasting effect on the Empire, however, and Wikaros began constructing the main fortress and its walls, while baconpancakes36 decided to build his base deep under the fortress.
=== Interim ===
The time to follow was a long bout of peace and progression for the Empire, with officergogo joining, and rice_fish and Saucy_Tacos also joining at a later date. Wikaros constructed the main castle town walls, along with the town itself and a few villagers. He also built his personal house and developed all of the farms and procured animals for the use of the Empire. baconpancakes36 decided to finally delve deep into Blood Magic. He didn't leave his cave or do much else other then develop his affinity for the magic and also constructed a Refined Storage system and multiple power sources for it, accelerating his ascent to power. Eventually his strength was very apparently nearing the realm of the gods, but he kept it quiet. The rest of the members built houses and generally progressed right up to the threshold of the [[Massacre on Midway]]
=== Midway ===
Eventually word got around that jusipat and cflip_ had found a sprawling underground dungeon on the island that they originally used as a military advance point, halfway between the [[Magical Empire]] and [[Scæþing]]. The island soon became desirable for military and resource reasons, and claims were made by both factions. Wikaros enlisted the assistance of bcfoss in constructing a sizeable village in their claim which was just north of the claims of [[Scæþing]]. For obvious reasons, both nations were tense, and these tensions escalated until they finally broke.
=== The Evening of Destruction ===
That tension, as we now know, resulted in the [[Massacre on Midway]], which caused much destruction. The war started off fairly normally. All members but officergogo were online, and there were few casualties. Once baconpancakes36's status as a demi-god of sorts was apparent, [[Scæþing]] resorted to the old ways of [[Dirt Warfare]]. They broke their own terms and brought the battle to the Magical Empire's soil, causing baconpancakes36 to become enraged and unleash his arsenal of explosive charges all over Scæþing Midway and [[Scæþing]] itself. [[Scæþing]] was backed into a corner and resorted to hiding and destroying stuff when they could, being killed on sight by every member of The Empire, but it was too late, as most of the Empire had already fallen to ruin. Saucy_Tacos' house was burned to the ground, many chests were broken, and baconpancakes36's base was breached, with many items, notably his Refined Storsge Drives, going missing. After a while, it was apparent that the war was not going to end anytime soon, so peace talks began.
=== Dissolution and Banishment ===
Eventually, there was a peace talk hosted at the western government building at [[Scæþing]], and it was decided that both nations would dissolve, and that baconpancakes36 was not allowed to involve himself with any belligerent nations or conflict in the server. He banished himself to the far northwest forests and formed the [[Sanguine Coven]], while Wikaros went west and founded Commandery of Cool Mountain, which would eventually become the capital of [[Tianchao]]. rice_fish and Saucy_Tacos went directly north and founded the floating island nation of [[Overhead Sanctuary]]. officergogo's bitch ass never played again.

The '''Magical Empire''' ''(of Heaven and Hell)'' was a faction in [[PrikPack v16]], founded on the north-easternmost of the four terrestrial islands soon after spawn. The original members include Wikaros, baconpancakes36, and officergogo; later on rice_fish and SaucyTacos joined.

Shortly after spawning, they found their way to each other with much difficulty, and established a temporary base on the northern main continent. This difficulty was compounded heavily by the large amounts of shielded Pillagers that spawned there. The weakness effect was eventually attributed to a soft world border mod, but at the time, baconpancakes36 and Wikaros had other ideas. They were convinced that the many creepy noises they were hearing on the island had something to do with it, and their fear was only amplified by the discovery of a structure not unlike the Herobrine structures of the past. Finally, they decided the island was a lost cause and headed to an island directly south, where the Empire would be constructed.

The war had little lasting effect on the Empire, however, and Wikaros began constructing the main fortress and its walls, while baconpancakes36 decided to build his base deep under the fortress.

He also built his personal house and developed all of the farms and procured animals for the use of the Empire. baconpancakes36 decided to finally delve deep into Blood Magic. He didn't leave his cave or do much else other then develop his affinity for the magic and also constructed a Refined Storage system and multiple power sources for it, accelerating his ascent to power. Eventually his strength was very apparently nearing the realm of the gods, but he kept it quiet. The rest of the members built houses and generally progressed right up to the threshold of the [[Massacre on Midway]]

Eventually word got around that jusipat and cflip_ had found a sprawling underground dungeon on the island that they originally used as a military advance point, halfway between the [[Magical Empire]] and [[Scæþing]]. The island soon became desirable for military and resource reasons, and claims were made by both factions. Wikaros enlisted the assistance of bcfoss in constructing a sizeable village in their claim which was just north of the claims of [[Scæþing]]. For obvious reasons, both nations were tense, and these tensions escalated until they finally broke.

All members but officergogo were online, and there were few casualties. Once baconpancakes36's status as a demi-god of sorts was apparent, [[Scæþing]] resorted to the old ways of [[Dirt Warfare]]. They broke their own terms and brought the battle to the Magical Empire's soil, causing baconpancakes36 to become enraged and unleash his arsenal of explosive charges all over Scæþing Midway and [[Scæþing]] itself. [[Scæþing]] was backed into a corner and resorted to hiding and destroying stuff when they could, being killed on sight by every member of The Empire, but it was too late, as most of the Empire had already fallen to ruin. Saucy_Tacos' house was burned to the ground, many chests were broken, and baconpancakes36's base was breached, with many items, notably his Refined Storsge Drives, going missing. After a while, it was apparent that the war was not going to end anytime soon, so peace talks began.

The Massacre on Midway (otherwise own as its earlier name, Ricky War) was fast paced and intensely violent conflict that occurred between [[Scæþing]] and the [[Magical Empire]] originally over land claims on [[Midway]].

The Massacre on Midway was preceded by continual rounds of diplomatic escalation between the belligerent nations of [[Scæþing]] and the [[Magical Empire]] which lead to all out war.
===Heightened Tensions===
Tensions began to mount when both [[Scæþing]] and the [[Magical Empire]] made claims on Midway, a valuable midpoint landmass between the nations. Villages were constructed and populated by both factions, with [[Scæþing]] specifically upgrading an old fort from the [[Scæþing Punitive War]]. These claims went seemingly unheeded and there was peace for a few days. Eventually, internal conflicts within the Scæþing Empire came to a head and the faction was teetering on the edge of a civil war. Jusipat made the decision to aim their rage outwards and began planning a war over the claims in Midway to subvert the internal conflict.

Wikaros was informed of the internal conflicts within Scæþing and made an attempt to vote in an election there. When he arrived, he was killed, and was informed that Scæþing was planning on declaring war on the Magical Empire. A few hours passed with small bouts of violence between members of Scæþing, and members of the Magical Empire were informed of the impending conflict, namely baconpancakes36 and rice_fish. The original terms of the war were to attempt to be as non-destructive as possible, and to keep the conflict at Midway exclusively.

The Scæþing Republic's forces began preparing on the southern portion of Midway for an invasion of the rest of the island. bcfoss was hired to Scæþing's cause at this time.

Forces from Southern Midway occupied the Magical Empire's city on Midway bloodlessly. bcfoss, Cflip_, jusipat and Kjolt947 then awaited possible counterattack from Magical Empire forces. Mines were laid and stockpiles of ammunition and additional muskets prepared. jusipat, now wartime Scæþing leader then began scouting missions via boat in the ocean between Midway and the Magical Island.

Eventually, baconpancakes36 decided to join the server and use his blood magic "flight" to go on a scout run to Midway, where Scæþing was already waiting, with their hired man bcfoss and many land mines on the beaches surrounding the villages. Cflip spotted him landing on the roof of the church tower on the Magical Empire village and decided to shoot at him, landing a few hits, aggravating him to shoot back. Cflip was killed swiftly via enchanted bow and baconpancakes36 headed back to the Magical Empire to regroup and begin preparations. rice_fish went to Midway of his own accord and began fighting without informing his faction until a few minutes later. He was caught and found in the tallest tower in the occupied Midway City but managed to escape. Saucy_Tacos and Wikaros began heading over to Midway while baconpancakes36 prepared a large amount of explosive charges. The Magical Empire arrived to Midway and began battle with Scæþing, namely Kjolt947, cflip, juspat, and mercenary bcfoss. The Scæþing forces relied heavily on the ranged power of their muskets and performed well inside the dense urban environment of Midway City. As the battle contiued though, it became apparent that bconpancakes36 clearly had an overwhelming gap in power over the opposing players and began killing all of them repeatedly, with the help of the others, effectively driving them off of Midway. Meanwhile jusipat, enraged at seeing baconpancakes36's overwhelming "godly" power, and complete lack of respect for conventional military doctrine headed over to the Magical Empire with the intention of reviving [[Dirt Warfare]] via attempting to destroy solely baconpancakes36's belongings to demoralize him. While battle began to die down at Midway, he headed to baconpancakes36's base and destroyed some things and hid his refined storage drives in a chest nearby. Kjolt947 then too followed jusipat over with other Scæþing forces still holding on to the southern portion of Scæþing Midway.
===Escalation of the War===
Soon after discovering Kjolt947 on the Magical Empire's soil, baconpancakes36 informed the faction that the conflict had extended beyond Midway, and chaos not unlike [[The Calamity]] ensued. Both factions destroyed innumerable structures, boating straight past eachother and briefly skirmishing across all theatres of the war. With fire and explosives almost every player's belongings and properties were destroyed on each side. Notably: Saucy_Tacos's wooden house, baconpancakes36's base, Wikaros's base, many town buildings in Scæþing, Fort Scæþing, Kjolt947's house, and many others. baconpancakes36 would occasionally spot and hunt down members of Scæþing as he encountered them during his rampage. Eventually, talks of peace began to be discussed.

Because of the mod Serene Seasons, some players began keeping track of the ingame date by dividing the total day count by 96.

The shadow of DOOM had fallen over Magic Empire. Wikaros was utterly helpless, so it was up to bcfoss to save the pitiful island. He valiantly took the war to the Scæþings, but couldn't wander too far away lest Wikaros choke on lego or something.

Eventually a ceasefire was called, but Wikaros almost threw the whole thing into chaos when he threatened to kill the peaceful ambassadors where they stood.

In a show of exceedingly poor taste, rice_fish and SaucyTacos decided Magical Island was where they wanted to live.

Having done something utterly stupid, Magical Empire was forced to face the consequences. Instead of sit there and suffer their just punishment, they decided to ruin everything.

Wikaros, SaucyTacos, and rice_fish swarmed over the walls of Midway like the troglodytes they were, wreaking havoc on the innocent villagers within. Meanwhile baconpancakes36 smashed into the Black Tower of Midway like Boeing 767, an event that Scæþing would never forget.

The virtuous forces of Scæþing traveled to Magic Island in order to negotiate a peace, but you better believe Ricky was having none of that. The Scæþing dignitaries were senselessly slaughtered, and yet that mad dog ''still'' hadn't quenched his bloodlust; one only has to look at the ruins of Magical Island today to see what Ricky is like.

The Magical Empire arrived to Midway and began battle with Scæþing, namely Kjolt947, cflip, juspat, and mercenary bcfoss. baconpancakes36 quickly discovered his overwhelming gap in power over the opposing players and began killing all of them repeatedly, with the help of the others, effectively driving them off of Midway. Meanwhile, jusipat was enraged at baconpancakes36's overwhelming "godly" power, and headed over to the Magical Empire with the intention of messing with baconpancakes36's belongings. While battle began to die down at Midway, he headed to baconpancakes36's base and destroyed some things and hid his refined storage drives in a chest nearby. Soon after discovering Kjolt947 on the Magical Empire's soil, baconpancakes36 informed the faction that the conflict had extended beyond Midway, and chaos ensued. Both factions destroyed innumerable structures, with fire and explosives, notably: Saucy_Tacos's wooden house, baconpancakes36's base, Wikaros's base, many town buildings in Scæþing, Fort Scæþing, Kjolt947's house, and many others. baconpancakes36 would occasionally spot and hunt down members of Scæþing as he encountered them during his rampage. Eventually, talks of peace began to be discussed.

'''Old Japan''' (Japanese: 古い日本) or '''The Great Sakura Tree Alliance''' (Japanese: 素晴らしい桜の同盟) was one of the largest and oldest nations on the [[Minecraft Attack]] server, established by baconpancakes36 and Wikaros. The nation was initially named after the sakura trees that grew there, but after [[The Calamity]] the name was shortened to Old Japan or Old Nihon. Initially, the nation spoke Japanese, but many members of the nation became frustrated at the difficulty of communication between team members, and would speak English amongst themselves. The country was very peaceful and was never violent towards the other nations, but still ended up the main target and the catalyst to [[The Calamity]].

===Early Settlement===
Old Nihon was established by baconpancakes36 at the edge of the sakura biome southwest from spawn, shortly after he discovered the biome on his map. Wikaros soon joined him, and construction began on the quarry and old community pagoda that would soon become obsolete as others arrived and built their own residences. Much time passed before the country began to take shape, and in this time, nothing notable happened.
===Construction of The Wall and Discovery of The Dark Forest===
baconpancakes36 and Wikaros became increasingly concerned about attacks from [[Épinette-sur-quès‎‎]], which was directly south from the country and easily reachable by water. Around this time, rice_fish joined the server and constructed his watchtower. baconpancakes36 was inspired by this tower and set to making a extensive wall made of CastleBlocks completely surrounding the coast of the nation. Most of the labor toward the wall was done by baconpancakes36 and rice_fish, and took many days to complete. While the wall was being constructed, officergogo joined the server and arrived at [[Old Japan]], and Wikaros constructed much of the farmland and infrastructure required to keep the nation alive. When the wall was nearing completion, officergogo would venture into what became known as the Dark Forest and would die repeatedly to the many mobs that would spawn within. The dangers of the Forest only became more obvious when other members of the nation would succumb to the same fate. The discovery of this danger led Wikaros and baconpancakes36 to stop the wall at the edges of the Forest, and to build a "wall" of bamboo and sweet berries instead of a traditional wall, relying on the Forest to kill any intruders before they could enter the nation.
===The Age of Construction===
After the completion of the Great Wall of Japan, the nation's members began to play on the server much more often, and exponential growth occured. All 4 members of the nation constructed their own houses, with officergogo's skyscraper being the most notable and also the only building still fully standing after [[The Calamity]]. Wikaros would then go on to build a few other miscellaneous buildings around the nation's center, and the nation began to prosper.

One evening when all four members of the nation were on the server, Cflip_, jusipat, and Kjolt947 were spotted heading towards Old Japan on the map. baconpancakes36, Wikaros, and officergogo all retreated up to the top of officergogo's Tower, as they were suspicious of this activity. All three of them watched as rice_fish was killed repeatedly and chaos ensued. All of Old Japan's farms were decimated, and many of the buildings were burned to the ground. All 4 members of the nation resorted to guerilla warfare and would repeatedly boat over to [[Épinette-sur-quès‎‎]] and destroy anything they saw. After [[The Calamity]] was over, all of the members of the nation would go their seperate ways, with officergogo and rice_fish becoming much less active on the server.
===Aftermath===
After the Fall, Wikaros and baconpancakes36 would become less active for a small amount of time, but would eventually return to the server. Wikaros went to the west, creating the new nation, Kurokaigan. baconpancakes36 headed far east and started his nation, Kodoku no Shima, or "Isle of Solitude".

The Cow War was the first military endeavour of the newly formed [[People's Union]]. The_Old_Bookman was unhappy with the proximity of Wikaros's new base. The_Old_Bookman was presumed to have murdered all of Wikaros's livestock, which prompted the People's Union to intervene. The long winded war would ultimately strengthen the People's Union's nationalism and power on the server.

===Pre-war Actions===
The_Old_Bookman had created a quaint settlement near to officergogo's preexisting base, causing tension between the two. In retaliation, Wikaros, baconpancakes36, and officergogo began to organize into a larger settlement that soon would be known as [[Litaly]]. The tension over these borders would be the primary factor of the outbreak of the coming conflict.

===Scope of Conflict Expanding===
Wikaros, after returning from [[Niuhai]] SSR on a diplomatic visit, found all of the cows in his farms to be slaughtered. The effort put into assembling these farms was not small, and retribution was deemed necessary.

== Beginning of Conflict ==

=== People's Union Intervention ===
When Wikaros discovered that all of his cows had been killed, The_Old_Bookman was immediately deemed suspect and the greater People's Union was called in. jusipat and Cflip_ went to The_Old_Bookman's home and demanded that he return cows to Wikaros. The_Old_Bookman insisted on waiting until daytime, but this delay irritated General Secretary jusipat, who found the insolence of the act unacceptable. He therefore ordered Cflip_ to execute all of The_Old_Bookman's livestock in retaliation. The_Old_Bookman began attacking jusipat and Cflip_ on horseback in defense of his lands and property, but eventually fled the battle after taking large amounts damage, and escaped to a hidden base. General Secretary jusipat then engaged in correspondence with Mathooleus; shocked over the incident, and attempted to justify the sudden violence. In this time also, it became clear that this conflict would became a protracted one, therefore jusipat gave to Wikaros the command to, regrettably, impart the command of total destruction against The_Old_Bookman's house and property, after jusipat's ultimatum of honorable surrender was unheeded.

== Battle of the Nether ==
During their route of return to the People's Union through the Nether, Cflip_ and jusipat saw in the chat logs that their Litalian ally, Wikaros, was killed by The_Old_Bookman while he was AFK. This act galvanized the somewhat disjointed and largely spread out People's Union forces into a formidably motivated militia. Cflip_ and jusipat quickly reversed course back to The_Old_Bookman's base. The People's Union allies then suddenly encountered him hiding in the Nether Fortress near the portals to his base. Both sides would shoot arrows and engage in monotonous skirmish, but eventually The_Old_Bookman escaped through one of the portals. Members of the People's Union would be cautioned of this encounter in case The_Old_Bookman pulled the same trick again. Cflip_ and jusipat would eventually find themselves back at the fortress, with The_Old_Bookman firing arrows from above. Cflip_ and jusipat called for support, and held position while The_Old_Bookman continued raining down arrows. Minutes later, bcfoss, Kjolt947 and Wikaros arrived on the scene and attacked The_Old_Bookman with the crushing might of the entire People's Militia. The_Old_Bookman killed bcfoss and fled the scene via ender pearl, narrowly avoiding Kjolt947’s barrage of arrows.

=== 2nd People's Congress ===
After the other defenders left the fortress, Wikaros encountered The_Old_Bookman in a passage and managed to kill him with a bucket of lava. Wikaros took all of The_Old_Bookman's gear and brought it to the capital of the People's Union in triumph, to be stored in a secret wartime cache. On December 20th, 2021, General Secretary jusipat ordained upon bcfoss for his honorable sacrifice on the battlefield, and Wikaros for his stunning victory over The_Old_Bookman in the Nether with the Merit of the Union award, the highest military honor of the state. Wikaros received this award still while donning the newly acquired mint Netherite armor taken off of The_Old_Bookman's person.
