	Near the dock is an advanced farming column for basic crops such as wheat. Water is poured from a dispenser once all crops are grown, and then ~~they~~ must be manually replanted. A worker must place concrete powder into a chute and operate a lever to fill the space in the center with what concrete they have. If the player forgets to move back the lever, there is an emergency button below to unclog the mechanism. This building was named after the 40th president of the United States of America, Ronald W. Reagan. The building played a central role in the [[War for the End]], and it was often referred to as a potential 'Pavlov's House' in a potential war between Pushkino and Ancapium. Kjolt947 soon moved to [[Lil' Mike Heights]]. Player Mathooleus continued to carry the torch of Ancapian pride until the server was shutdown.
