	There is an argument to be made that Techno-Gods (and Magic Gods) are not necessarily the result of specific mods, but are the end result of differing playstyles. 	Note that 3.b. is inherent to the mindset of many players and exacerbates the situation when a Techno-God begins the path to Apotheosis. Logically, if a player uses an Overpowered mod and 3.a. does not occur, then all other players need only adapt to the self-evident meta either by adopting the OP mod or adjusting their playstyle accordingly. But if, for one reason or another, players are unwilling to adapt, then no amount of balancing will prevent the emergence of a Techno-God.		Note that 3.b. is inherent to the mindset of many players and exacerbates the situation when a Techno-God begins the path to Apotheosis.
