The Fac was established by jusipat after the basement in his [[Okanagan]] home was lacking space for industrial projects. The Fac was built around a small island in the ocean to the west of Okanagan, and it would eventually encompass the entire island. ComponentFlip and Wawful947 eventually followed suit and also moved out of the Okanagan and into the Fac.
