Ancapium is a direct consequence of the Treaty of Pushkino and of the [[Pushkino Civil War]]. After the discovery of the first Ancap bunker in the mines of Pushkino, the Ancap war effort required a new base of operations to engage the war from, this location eventually became the staging ground for the town of Ancapium.

Ancapium is a relatively small settlement when compared with the neighboring city of Pushkino. It contains a town hall building, and an advanced farming column that remains incomplete. Several buildings are under construction, with numerous market buildings and an apartment complex.
