Ricky

Ricky is the name of the peace treaty signed after the Massacre on Midway in the parliament building in Scæþing. The treaty was originally going to be called the Black Peace, but rice_fish accidentally wrote his name as the book title while it was being signed.

THE BLACK PEACE

- baconpancakes36 leaves and promises to stay out of any new factions whom of
  which are belligerent in any way with another faction.

- baconpancakes36's Refined Storage drives will be returned.

- Midway will be recognized as a ruins ans shall remain unclaimed by any party
  for all eternity.

- The looted items that Wikaros looted lawfully during the war will be returned
  to him to keep or return at his own discretion he will also pay bcfoss a small
  bonus for his troubles aswell.

- The known empires of the Magical Empire (of Heaven and Hell) and Scathing Rep.
  will be dissovled.
