Excilé was an island settlement established by joestanly04 following his flight from Prikington after losing power in the second Prikington elections. Excilé would develop into an enormous underground industrial complex spanning dimensions with teleporters that lead into the Deep Dark. The entire casing of the underground complex was reinforced with blast-proof material, and numerous forcefield points and defense/maintenance drones carried out automated operations on the surface and deeper segments of the complex.
