Collinebourg
Collinebourg was the first SSR admitted into the People's Union, and last to formally adopt a name. Also known as 'the upstairs', and 'the upperdecker' colloquially. Collinebourg was resident to General Secretary jusipat and comrade bcfoss.
Geography
Collinebourg (hill-borough) was founded on a large plateau just outside of Niuhai.
Collinebourg was established following the Niuhai-Kjolibope War, it was originally home to Fort Fuseau, a military installation dedicated to providing a wide field of view on the old Developers bases. Eventually other buildings sprouted up from this fort, with numerous farms, storehouses, a brewery and an enchanting house. bcfoss also lived in an additional watchtower which was connected to Fuseau and provided a basis for a large wall around the entirety of the hill base.

War with Kjolt947
Collinebourg was known as 'the upstairs', and 'the upperdecker' for the majority of the server, and it was am important base during the War against Kjolt947, with at one time following an intrusion into Niuhai by Kjolt947 was inundated with refugees as players Cflip_ and Wikaros wished to better protect their belongings in a player-dense environment.
Peace with Kjolt947
Following negotiations with Kjolt947, peace was achieved with him. But explicitly not tundra_lord, who was still scorned following his occupation of Niuhai during the Kjolibope-Niuhai War.
Formation of the People's Union
Defacto dictator of Collinebourg jusipat established the People's Union in memory of Operation Bonkers, bestowing the honorable title of General Secretary to Cflip_. It soon became clear Cflip_ did not view this role with any import, nor wanted it. Therefore he gave the position of General Secretary of the People's Union to jusipat. jusipat would remain General Secretary for the rest of the server, overseeing The Cow War and the management of the nation. The People's Union and Collinebourg were from this point on inseparable entities. Collinebourg would be home to the mines in which deepslate was extracted to construct the Capital of the Union, and the People's Auditorium.
