A successor state of Old Japan following the aftermath of The Calamity. Kurokaigan would go on to be annexed by Sableterre during the Subjugation of Kurokaigen. As a subject of the Arenican Empire, it would push hard for war against its northern neigbour; L'Empire de la Citroye seeking territories from the Gouffre pastèque.
